VolEq - Realtime Volume Balanc is an app that lets you adjust the sound on your smartphone or tablet to a certain level. It allows you to create different presets to your liking and also change them whenever you want.
The way it works is very easy. First, open the app and choose the audio you want to change. Next, select the level you want to make the audio sound. You can choose from 3 levels: Balanced, Noisy, and Podcast.
VolEq will then make the audio sound the same for every person. It can be used for watching videos or listening to music.
